Ohio has two great hiking destinations to Explore. Zaleski, in Vinton County, is a fairly moderate trail for beginners or youngsters and is loaded with history and lush scenery. Shawnee, in Scioto County, is Ohio’s premier backpacking spot. Rugged, beautiful, and sometimes grueling, this trail takes you deep into the heart of the backcountry (Read more about Ohio hiking destinations).
